Years ago I found out I had serious allergies and my young grandson was allergic to everything but apples. We both ached for some good bread to enjoy a sandwich or toast. Neither of us could have yeast and I could not find any gluten free bread offered in specialty or grocery stores. I finally found Sami’s and ordered bread for myself and for my grandson. When I received the bread and I finally was able to have some toast after having to go without for so long I cried. Thank you Sami’s for bringing hope to my life. I appreciate you more than you know.
